Emporium Outlets may terminate a purchase (contract) if the product(s) is/are not available for any reason. Emporium Outlets will notify you if this is the case and return any payment that you have made. Refunds will usually be in the same form as we received from you, i.e. using the same method originally used by you to pay for the purchase.
